The river is such an important feature to all the communities in the watershed, making sure the development of riverfront is done properly is going to be key. Dexter's plan for Mill Creek is taking shape and lots of kayakers use the area where the dam was for training. Will be interesting how other communities use the space.

4% interest rates on a 30 year fixed loan! With home sales and prices in the Ann Arbor area slowly rising and interest rates dipping down to 4% again, I just don't see a better opportunity for home shoppers!
