Why does Michigan have 77,000 unfilled job openings?

Job training! Not only do we need a strong college educated work force, but our current unemployed work force needs to be re-trained. Trade schools need to be encouraged. Community/company based job training...if we have 77,000 unfilled job openings there has to be some job training available to get the workforce moving. Not all of these job are going to need a 4 year degree. Trades and job specific training are going to fill some some of those jobs. We need to find a way to re-energize our workforce!
